Who we are
DA LYTICS AGENCY S.R.L. ("DA Lytics", "we") is a data analytics agency registered in Romania at Str. Drobeta Nr. 10, Bl. R14, Sc. B, Et. 1, Ap. 1, Iasi, Romania. We are the data controller for personal data collected through www.da-lytics.com. For any question or request about your data, write to andrei@da-lytics.com.
What data we collect
- Contact form. The details you enter when you send us a message, such as your name, email address, company and the message itself. Submissions are stored by Webflow, our website platform, and sent to us by email. We also keep a copy of business inquiries in our internal lead records.
- Bookings. When you book a session, Calendly collects your name, email address and the meeting time, and shares them with us so the meeting can take place.
- Analytics and advertising. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags record how you use the site: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us.
- Technical data. Webflow processes IP addresses and similar technical information needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
We use contact and booking details to answer your inquiry, schedule meetings and discuss your project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
We use analytics and advertising data to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our campaigns. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you choose "Accept All Cookies" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject All", the site works without them. You can change your mind at any time by deleting this site's cookies in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit. Who handles your data
We share personal data only with the providers that run this site and our scheduling:
- Webflow, Inc. (USA): website hosting and form storage
- Google LLC (USA): analytics and advertising measurement
- Calendly LLC (USA): meeting scheduling
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and our agreements with them. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records while we handle your request and for up to three years after our last contact, in case we work together later. Google Analytics data is retained for up to one year. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email andrei@da-lytics.com and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
